These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Ernds™ waitlist at ernds.app, operated by Ernds™ LLC ("Ernds," "we," "us"). By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
Ernds™ is a planned on-demand errand service for New York City, expected to launch on October 1, 2026. Joining the waitlist reserves your interest. It is not a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee that the service will launch, launch on any particular date, or be available in your area.
Founding Member benefits, including early access, discounts, and badges, are promotional and may change or end at any time before launch. They are not a binding commitment and have no cash value.
You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist and to use Ernds™ when it launches. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Applying as a Runner is an expression of interest only. It is not an offer of employment, an independent contractor agreement, or a promise of work. Stated pay rates are estimates and may change. Any onboarding at launch may include identity verification and background checks, subject to separate terms you will review at that time.
You agree to use this site lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to submit anyone else's information without permission, interfere with the site, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
"Ernds," the Ernds™ logo, and the content of this site are owned by Ernds™ LLC and may not be used without our permission.
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the service will launch as described.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ernds™ LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
